ONLINE CHECK-IN ADVANCE REGISTRATION - U.S. BORDER SECURITY ACT
Carnival is required to provide the Department of Homeland Security with specific
guest information and a final departure manifest, 60 minutes prior to the ship’s
departure. To comply, you must register in advance of your cruise by going to www.
carnival.com/BookedGuest. Please note that to log in or register, you will need your
Carnival booking number, ship name and sail date, as well as the last name and
date of birth of any one guest in the booking. To access your booking after logging
in, select new cruise details followed by Online Check-In. Once you complete all
information required for check-in, you will be able to print your cruise documents,
including luggage tags, boarding passes and more. If you have problems using
Online Check-In, please contact Carnival. Failure to provide the information by
11:59pm EST, the day prior to your departure date will result in delays at embarkation
and will require you to check in at the port at least 90 minutes prior to the published
sailing time.
CRUISE DOCUMENTS
Upon completion of Online Check-In, you will be able to print your cruise documents,
including luggage tags, boarding passes, and more. Additionally, within Cruise
Details you will be able to view your reservation, purchase shore excursions, set your
dining preferences, make spa appointments, and view Frequently Asked Questions,
among other things. Guests using our Fly Aweigh service can also access their flight
information here.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
The following deposit is required in order to secure confirmed accommodations:
Cruises-To-Nowhere – $50 per guest (non-refundable), balance payable no later
than 60 days prior to departure date; 2 & 3 day cruises – $100 per guest, balance
payable no later than 60 days prior to departure date; 4 day cruises – $150 per
guest, balance payable no later than 60 days prior to departure date; 5 day cruises
– $200 per guest, balance payable no later than 60 days prior to departure date;
6 & 7 day cruises – $250 per guest, balance payable no later than 75 days prior to
departure date; 8 & 9 day cruises – $300 per guest, balance payable no later than
75 days prior to departure date; 10 day or longer cruises - $400 per guest, balance
payable no later than 75 days prior to departure date; Alaska cruises - $350 per
guest, balance payable no later than 75 days prior to departure date. Europe/
Transatlantic/Transpacific/Panama Canal - $400 per guest, balance payable no later
than 90 days prior to departure date. USD rates quoted. Carnival accepts American
Express®, VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® Network for all cruise payments.
Deposit, payment and cancellation term may differ for groups; please consult a travel
professional or Carnival for the terms that apply to your specific group.
CANCELLATION BY GUEST, REFUNDS
Reservations will be held until 30 minutes prior to departure. No refunds will be made
in the event of “no shows”, unused tickets, lost tickets, interruptions, partially used
tickets, cancellations received late or after the start of the cruise, or for Pack & Go
program purchases. Carnival strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation
insurance from your travel agent. Cancellation charges for individual bookings will be
assessed as listed below. For cancellation charges related to group bookings, partial
ship charters or full ship charters refer to your charter contract or group booking
agreement for terms and conditions.
Total Fare is defined as Cruise Fare, Air Supplement, Transfer Services and Pre/Post
Cruise Vacation Packages.
*Early Saver & Early Saver Last Call: The deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations
that occur prior to final payment due date will receive a non-refundable and non-
transferable future cruise credit, redeemable for US dollars bookings, in the amount
of the deposit less a $50 pp service fee. The future cruise credit must be used on a
sailing within 24 months from the date of cancellation and can only be applied to your
cruise fare. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
**Super Saver: The deposit is non-refundable.
***For Cruises to Nowhere, the cancellation charge is 25% of Total Fare.
ITINERARY CHANGES/CANCELLATION
Itineraries are subject to change. The port of call, as well as the sequence,
time and/or day of arrival may change. We will make every effort to operate the
scheduled itinerary for your cruise. However, due to the nature of a cruise vacation,
itinerary changes sometimes become necessary for safety, weather, emergency
debarkations, mechanical breakdowns, governmental advisories or other reasons.

CRUISE RATES
All rates are quoted in US dollars. The price of every Carnival cruise vacation varies
according to the voyage, length of cruise, date of booking, departure date, category,
and guest or cabin occupancy. Book early for the most significant savings. Carnival
reserves the right to increase published fares and airfare supplements without
prior notice. However, fully paid or deposited guests will be protected, except for
fares listed, quoted, advertised or booked in error through any web site, Carnival
salesperson, travel agent or any other source. Carnival reserves the right to correct
cruise fares quoted in error. For additional information, please review your Cruise
Ticket Contract. Government fees and taxes, shore excursions, medical services,
special events or live concerts, items of a personal nature – such as bar beverages,
gift shop purchases, beauty salon/barber shop and massage services, gambling and
service/porterage gratuities – are not included in the cruise rate. Taxes, Fees and
Port Expenses, as used by us, may include any and all fees, charges, tolls and taxes
imposed on us by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, as well third party
fees and charges arising from a vessel’s presence in a harbor or port. Taxes, Fees
and Port Expenses may include: U.S. Customs fees; head taxes; Panama Canal
tolls; dockage fees; wharfage fees; inspection fees; pilotage, air taxes, hotel or VAT
taxes incurred as part of a land tour; immigration and naturalization fees; and Internal
Revenue Service fees, as well as fees for navigation, berthing, stevedoring, baggage
handling/storage and security services. Taxes, Fees, & Port Expenses may be
assessed per passenger, per berth, per ton or per vessel. Assessments calculated
on a per ton or per vessel basis will be spread over the number of passengers on the
Ship. Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses are subject to change and Carnival reserves
the right to collect any increases in effect at the time of sailing even if the fare has
already been paid in full.
SERVICE CHARGES
A service charge will be assessed within 60 days of departure for the following:
Cruise Only – $50 service charge for any cruise or vacation package changes (per
guest, per change), except for stateroom upgrades or the addition of services and
$200 service charge for Fly Aweigh. For Early Saver fares a $50 service charge will
be assessed per person for ship and/or sailing date changes made prior to the final
payment due date. Other service fees will apply for certain guest service requests
(cost to be advised at the time of the request).
LIQUOR AND BEVERAGE POLICY

SERVICE GRATUITIES
For your convenience, we automatically charge the gratuities for dining and
stateroom staff to your onboard Sail & Sign account. The total amount is $12.00 per
guest, per day. The per day breakdown is as follows; Stateroom service team - $3.90
per day, Dining room service team - $6.10 per day, Alternative services team (galley,
entertainment, guest services and other hotel staff members) - $2.00 per day. For
Cruises-To-Nowhere; gratuities of $12.00 USD or its equivalent in foreign currency,
per guest, per day must be prepaid. As a convenience gratuities will be automatically
posted to your Sail & Sign account on the second day of your cruise. Our Staff is
totally committed to exceed your expectations in every way possible. If you are
not satisfied with the service you receive, we encourage you to contact the Guest
Services desk while onboard. This will allow us to address your concerns in a timely
and appropriate fashion. Once gratuities have been posted, you may adjust them
at your discretion at any time while onboard. Gratuities will be deemed undisputed
unless a request to modify is received prior to disembarking the ship. For beverage
purchases, fifteen percent of the bill is automatically added to the Sail & Sign charge.
Room Service staff may be tipped as service is rendered.
GUESTS WITH SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Carnival seeks, to the extent feasible, to accommodate guests with special
requirements so they are able to enjoy our ships and other facilities. Guests who
have any medical, physical or other special requirements must contact our Guest
Access Services at 1-800-438-6744, ext. 70025, or email us at specialneeds@
carnival.com to discuss the details of their specific special needs.
MINOR GUESTS
Standard booking rates apply for minors. Guests under the age of 21 years must
travel with a relative or guardian 25 years or older. Exceptions include legally married
couples and qualified military personnel. For both exceptions, proof is required.
